As Managing Director, my vision is to ensure EMR staff is educated and provided the resources to carry out the requirements and procedures involved for clinical trials which play a vital role in bringing new innovative therapies to patients.

Our team excels at developing trusting relationships with physicians and patients which in turn provides a positive patient experience. We carry out this vision of playing a vital role in the process of bringing new innovative therapies to market by bringing the knowledge and awareness to our community. Execution of this vision allows patients the opportunity to have access to healthcare and other resources that they may otherwise not receive. Whitney is currently specializing in Crohn's disease along with multiple Nasal Polyps studies in Oklahoma.

Serving as a dedicated office manager, Susan facilitates and meets the team’s request with her positive attitude and administrative support. Susan’s proactive and detail-oriented approach provides the team with the essential resources they need to effectively complete their task. Susan is committed to fostering a productive workplace and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Whitney is devoted to changing peoples lives for the better in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Her specialties are currently diabetes, dermatology, and arthritis. Her goal for the company is to help make a difference in breakthrough medical research and provide the Tulsa and surrounding areas with new cutting edge treatments.
Caylie Funk
About Caylie
Caylie is a Tulsa native who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the field of healthcare and advancing medical research to help those with chronic conditions. She loves working with the pediatric population and fostering strong relationships with participants and their guardians throughout every step of the trial. Outside of work, Caylie mostly spends time hanging out with her cat, Sly, and trying new recipes to cook for family and friends.

Kelsey, a proud Owasso native, is passionate about fostering cultural inclusion in clinical trials and delivering outstanding patient care. She finds inspiration in her patients’ dedication to advancing modern medicine. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys quality time with her children and dogs and loves to unwind through gardening and hiking.

Anna is a dedicated clinical research assistant who is passionate about supporting groundbreaking medical studies. She enjoys helping patients navigate the research process and ensuring every detail runs smoothly behind the scenes. Anna is committed to making a positive impact on the Tulsa community. Outside of work, she loves hiking local trails, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with her rescue dog, Raz.
